From the artist: “Elusive” is a “Hanamono” style (flowering) bonsai featuring Lavendar Star. This bonsai is small, feminine, and hints at the bursting character of a moody, juvenile teenager. It is preemptive, reticent, and subtle allowing multiple forms of expression through its lone, but powerful flower.
